Activia is not supposed to do some magical thing to help you be a belly dancer. It is to help digestive help. If you can no longer eat a type of food that you used to love activia will help your degestive track get back into trach so that you can continue to eat that food. In helping your digestive health it will also increase your metabolism and help you to digest food easier which meant you can eat more and not gain as much or lose weight, but you cannot do this just by eating the yogurt you do have to work out(common sense/knowledge). My cousin and I both grew up drinking milk like it was water; then she has a baby and she can no long drink milk on its own, she can only have it if it is in something like cereal, mashed potatoes, ect. I have not has a child yet but for some reason I am also unable to just straight up drink milk, being women the lack of calcium can be highly dangerous to our health. My aunt had my cousin start eating activia and she can now drink milk like it was water again, she can eat anything and everything. I began to do it and it had the same result. So how about actually reading up on what activia is supposed to do and how it is supposed to help you instead of just thinking because you don't notice a difference it's not working. Oh and fyi it does state this in the commercial.

im pretty much the opposite of a diabetic i need sugar quite a bit more or else i tend to have fainting spells plus i have issues with my digestive track due to having 4 children between may of 04 and dec of this year... i started the activia challenge yesterday and ive already started to notice that the issues with my digestive track are sorting out and i havent had to pick up anything sweet either... im also doing a whopping 200 situps a day and running a 2 mile radius each night so i think activia might be my way of feeling myself again... the before i had my children self!

Hi! I know this was an old post in your blog but I just surfed my way into it today. I felt the same way when I saw Chairman Kaga in the Les Miz video! How awesome is that??? I did a little digging on Takeshi Kaga and found out that not only has he played Jean Valjean in Les Miserables but he was also Tony in West Side Story! I would kill to get my hands on a tape of either one of those shows. I mean, picture Chairman Kaga doing the opening dance of the Sharks and Jets in West Side Story, snapping his fingers and acting all tough. Heaven!

I started eating Activia and after 7 days I have a def noticable improvement in my symptoms. I had cancer and had a bowel re section , after removing 8 ft of my intestines a eliostomy and a reversal it left me with IBS type symptoms. I would eat and it would go right through me and id be in the bathroom pretty much the rest of my day. Eating out waas not an option...so last week I decided to try .cant hurt right !! Im so happy I did ..after a initial couple days of constipation I am haveing solid BM daily sometimes twice and this hasnt happened for yrs... I am so happy I hope and pray its not a fluke and my improvement continues. Aside from a little painfukk gas associated with the BM I feel like a million...
p.s I ate out 2 days ago and nothing happened !! wonderfull

I'm starting the challenge today. Noticed mixed reviews on here...like many, I also suffer with IBS. Hope this stuff works! Also remember to read the label. It says 'Activia is scientifically proven to help with SLOW INTESTINAL TRANSIT when enjoyed daily for two weeks as PART of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.' Simply put...it helps you poo and, no, you are NOT supposed to eat only the yogurt.

well i did the activia challenge because on vacation i ate some things i wish i hadnt. birthday cake ice cream, graduation cake. food i dont normally eat because we were at my daughters house and she cooked. but back to the challenge, now im going to the bathroom about 5 times a day and everytime i eat something my belly cramps. i have lost only 3 pounds but feel like i craped a ton. sorry to be so blunt! but its true. i realize that we have lots of lenght in our intestinal tract, but mine must be miles long. im sure the activia is just cleaning me out. which i could have done that with prunes. but.... what ever happened to the old ways?

I did a shopping search online, it looks like Hitachi do manufacture shavers ( http://www.superstoresearch.com/-Hitachi+Shaver ) but they seem to be rare and I agree it would have been better to try and clone a household brand name like Braun or Remington.
