Why Mommy? Why?
Timmi and I often have conversations of whether it's ethical to microchip your child and track them on GPS. At the risk of getting further into dutch with the wife for revealing her personal opinions on the matter, I won't say which side of the fence either of us are on, but I WILL say that I don’t think either of us would have been ready for this one.
The picture at right is of the Baby Keeper, a little gadget meant to answer the question that plagues the paranoid parent’s mind… “What do I do with Junior when I’m dropping off a deuce?”
(I’m sorry for that expression, I just can’t stop laughing remembering the look of horror on people’s faces when someone used it on Survivor.)
To be honest, not being a parent, I hadn’t thought of this particular scenario before… what DO you do with a child when you have to visit the little parents’ room and your little one doesn’t? Apparently, according to the Baby Keeper people, the answer is simple… you string up the little tot on the inside of your stall so nobody can snatch ‘em.
Look at the picture … look how cute she looks in her little harness, mounted on the inside of the stall.
Now I want you to take the next step… and imagine what that child is witnessing. Poor, poor, poor little kid.
