BBQ Porkloin
Here’s a recipe I invented instead of following the similar recipe in the new grilling cookbook I got for my birthday.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of ketchup
1 tablespoon of coriander chutney
1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of siracha hot sauce
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of curry powder
1 clove of garlic, minced
juice of one lime
2 pork tenderloins
Recipe:
Pretty simple really. Just combine everything except the pork in a bowl, then add the pork loins, coat them liberally, then cover and refrigerate for 6 hours.
Pre-heat your bbq to something like 350 (medium heat) then put the meat over the middle burner and turn that burner off so there is no heat directly under (if you have a 3 burner bbq). Close the lid and cook for about 30 minutes, turning once. Check the internal temperature and remove when it is 155. Let it stand for 5 minutes and enjoy!
